A solution reached alone is likely only a solution for one person. This perhaps is one of the greatest learnings…or reminders of the Fellowship. We are not alone in the system – and each part of the system sees the system differently. In fact, this realization also means that to truly effect change and achieve sustainability, we need each other:
-To internalize the fact that we are only one part of the system;
-To shed our prejudices; and
-To strengthen our strategy by integrating the diverse opinions of others.
